Investor Offerings
As with all investments, especially in the entertainment field, they are highly speculative.  Although this offering is small, the return can be great if the show succeeds in syndication or by Cable Distribution.  Depending on the structure of the distribution deal, repayment as a staff member will take 1 to 3 years, possibly longer, based on revenue achieved.

Payment for salaries shall be made if there is a profit for each individual episode, with a total budget not to exceed $15,000 per episode.  This amount shall be set aside, once all of the crew, production expenses, and salaries of segment producers and other production personnel have been paid in full.  Distribution of the $15,000 financer salaries shall be on a pro rated basis as determined by the total investment made by the individual or corporation.
